pronephros region
Dorsal view on the pronephros region of a transgenic zebrafish embryo (wt1b ::eGFP line) at 35 hours post-fertilization. GFP expression is visible in pronephric glomeruli, tubules and ducts. The overlay with transmission image shows that the fused glomeruli are located ventral of the third somite.
